I plan on building muscle to be lean, toned and have low body fat. I want to be strong not just skinny.
I Have reached 132lbs before so i know i can get there.
I have been heavier my whole life until i was 16 and lost a bunch of weight but then i got off track and neglected to take care of body!!
This is my new begining to a healthier happier skinnier new me!!

weight lost: I am not weighing myself right now. The number distracts me from what my goals are. So i am just going on how my cloths fit right now until i know looking at that number wont distract me in a negative way!! :) //
